Give the impression that you have everything you want now and you are happy without them. Why would this work? Because people want what they can’t have.
By removing in your mind your desperate need to want your ex back, you are giving the power back to yourself. You are saying YOU have control of the situation.
What if they don’t come back? Imagine if you did this for a month. Went out and enjoyed life, do you think you would care as much as if you stayed mopping around the house thinking about them all day? No, you’re going to be enjoying yourself either way. Perhaps even start dating new people. By allowing yourself to let go, you give yourself the ultimate power and freedom. By giving yourself the love you deserve, more love will be drawn to you. If your ex doesn’t see that, they are not worth loving and not worth having you in their life.
