I am not wondering whether I can get my ex girlfriend back. No not all. Our Break up was not so devastating as to make any reconciliation near impossible. I am very confident that my ex girlfriend equally feels the same way as I do. I have started well by apologizing to her profusely for the pain caused by the split. Or I can even buy a blank card and use my own hand writing to express by honest and sincere feelings and sentiments for my ex girlfriend. I would not bother much whether I write like a poet or not. What matters here is the depth of my feelings.
3. Patience – We human beings are quite complex and unpredictable. It is not therefore easy to accurately predict how my ex girlfriend will react to my overtures but I am largely confident and hopeful that when things are calmer, she would be more forthcoming to our getting back together. I am ready to wait patiently for her to think things over and find her bearings. I have placed a few calls to her but she was not overly enthusiastic but that was to be expected. Similarly, my text messages went unanswered but that was also not abnormal. I have gone ahead to send her a wonderful card wishing her a beautiful weekend regardless. I am sure she would be impressed by my thoughtfulness and in a few weeks time, when the pains subside, she would be in a more positive frame of mind to consider and eventually reconcile with me.
4. Yes, I can mend my broken relationship with my girlfriend. Yes, I can get my ex girlfriend back with me to live happily thereafter.

Anyone who saw "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" could not forget the hilarious, drugged-out British rock star Aldous Snow. He was one of the best characters in that excellent 2008 movie. Played to the hilt by Russell Brand, that short performance was one of the most memorable of that year.
The new movie Get Him To The Greek has been written around Aldous. And this time his is even more pompus and egotistical than last time.
Aldous has pretty much killed any remaining career he might have had by releasing the most politically incorrect record "African Child". And to top it off he also released an accompanying video that is even worse than the single.

His record company wants to get his career back on track long enough to recoup some of the money they dumped into him. To accomplish this they promote a "10 year anniversary" concert in Los Angeles at the legendary Greek Theater. The record executives envision a triumphant return to California in one of the first places he made it big. The only obstacle is that Aldous is in London, and is not keen on the whole idea. He would rather stay where he is and get drunk, high and have lots of casual sex with groupies instead of traveling across the world.
As insurance that Aldous will show for the concert in a week, the record company sends a low-level nobody employee to London to personally escort the mercurial rock star to Los Angeles. The poor unfortunate is Aaron Green (played by Jonah Hill). He loves music and is enamored by rock musicans. He sees this as a dream assignment … until he meets Aldous and begins to understand how nearly hopeless this job will be.
From this point the movie turns into one of those road movies where two people with opposite lifestyles try to coexist while accomplishing a task. At nearly every turn Aaron must decide how far he is willing to go to get Aldous to the show and keep his job.
One memorable example that occurs early on is when Aaron and Aldous are standing in line to board a London aircraft bound to New York. Aldous springs on Aaron that he is carrying drugs and that wants Aaron to hide them. Specifically, Aaron should hide them up his butt. Aaron must quickly make a decision of what to do. Does he refuse and risk the wrath of Aldous? Or does he do what Aldous demands and risk his freedom?
There are countless examples of this, and everyone has been designed to make the audience bust a gut laughing so hard.
When I first saw this movie I was immediately reminded of that classic 1982 movie "My Favorite Year". In that movie Peter O'Toole played a washed-up former swashbuckling actor hired to appear on a Sid Ceasar type TV live show. The show hired a young network gopher to keep an eye on the actor and make sure he arrived at the studio every day for rehearsal. He too encountered many problems dealing with the actor's ego and feelings of entitlement.
You don't need to have seen "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" to enjoy this movie. It stands on it's own as one of the years best comedies. If you love to laugh then you owe it to yourself to watch this movie online or see it at the show.

It seems to me that we are seeking success with women because we believe that if we are successful with women we will experience some sort of great joy and enduring pleasure.
What I said may surprise you.
Moreover, it may also surprise you that success with women is not what you REALLY want.
You only want to be in this state because you believe that this state will serve as a bridge between your current less fulfilling state (emptiness, loneliness, despair, etc...) to a different more pleasurable state (satisfaction, fulfillment, and contentment).
Yet, for some reason the state of being successful with women never seems to materialize. The only place where it usually does is in your head.
So, the inevitable question is: why?
Why are you doing everything that you can to achieve success with women yet fail and why there are some guys who treat women badly, yet achieve all the success they want?
Now the simple answer that most dating gurus give to men is that women are attracted to men that are confident and are repulsed by nice men who radiate neediness and lack of self esteem.
This is very true. This is what is actually going on, but how does this help the guys who lack confidence reach the state of success that the confident guys have.
If you have read any of my articles you probably know by now that I don't believe in giving people positive methods to achieve any physiological endeavors in life.
On the contrary, I believe that we have tried all the positive methods to become successful with women for years and we still find ourselves exactly where we started. Very depressed and confused.
So instead of doing what we have always done and expect different results, let's do things differently in order to experience new results.
Let's forget following a positive system, advice, tip, or guru and concentrate our powers on: Negation of false beliefs.
I tried to explain negation of false beliefs in many ways in the past and in this article I will try to explain it through a fun yet informative allegory.
Imagine yourself living on an island.
The island has two sides to it which are separated by a huge river.
The two sides of the island, X and Y, are occupied with people, yet the people from side X cannot visit the people from side Y (and vice versa) because there isn't any bridge or boat which can help them to cross the huge river.
The "X" side of the island is the side where you want to be (a side populated by confident guys who are extraordinary successful with women).
And the "Y" side is where you currently are (a side populated by "nice" guys who aren't successful with women).
You want to move from where you are (Y) to where you think you should be (X).
The problem is, apart from crossing the huge river, is that people from side Y of the island only accept newcomers who ALREADY have a confident mentality like they do.
So when you ask yourself or other people questions like:
- How can I become successful with women? -
- Can you give me 5 ways / tips / strategies,suggestions to get hot girls?
- Do you know how I can get my ex-girlfriend back?
- Why do women always dump me and then go out with jerks that treat them badly?
The answers you get for your questions, as you see, are not important at all.
What is important is that you currently have the kind of mentality which will not give you access to side "X" of the island.
This may be the most important thing I can tell you, don't forget it.
I will repeat it again in different words, because it is so important!
The questions that you ask are much more important than the answers you get.
The "nice" people who occupy side "Y" of the island are always asking these kind of unproductive questions, which show lack of confidence and are always trying to figure out why they are stuck on the "Y" side of the island.
As I said before, you can only be a part of the community of side "X" of the island if you are acting like its inhabitants from the very beginning.
After you become the kind of person who is thinking, speaking, and acting like the people from side "X", you will not have to do anything at all to cross the huge river. You will suddenly find yourself in side "X".
So the next time you have a burring question which you just can't find answer for, stop for a second and ask yourself the following question very seriously:
From which side of the island am I asking this question?
